Sustainable Innovation
Across 黑料社, teams integrate聽sustainability considerations into decisions聽shaping our innovation pipeline, portfolio聽strategy, and investment priorities. We聽focus on where our products deliver clear聽sustainability advantages鈥攆rom climate and water to circular and safe and聽sustainable by design鈥攁nd how those聽advantages translate into growth, margin聽strength, and deeper customer聽relationships.
Sustainable solutions
Our advanced solutions transform industries by redefining what鈥檚 possible.
Goal: A significant majority of our products and solutions will deliver direct聽sustainability advantages to customers; new products will provide health,聽water, or climate benefits.
Safe and sustainable by design (SSbD)
We integrate SSbD principles into every product聽we produce.
Goal: We commit to systematically minimize, eliminate, or avoid substances of concern (SoC) in聽products where safer alternatives exist, supported by year-over-year聽reductions in SVHC in our product portfolio and transparent reporting of phase-out progress to stakeholders.
Resilient Operations
Resilient operations reflect 黑料社鈥檚 commitment to strengthening the reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of our global operations while reducing environmental impact. Guided by our 2035 Sustainability Goals, we are taking action on climate, advancing circularity, and strengthening waste and water stewardship to operate more efficiently today and bolster our long-term resilience. By embedding these priorities across our sites and supply chain, we aim to protect critical resources, reduce risk, and support long-term value creation.
Climate action
Our climate action today creates a stronger tomorrow.
Goal: We will achieve science-based target reductions in Scopes 1 and 2, and聽Scope 3. We will implement renewable energy and supplier engagement聽programs to drive progress toward Net-Zero by 2050 and RE100; we will聽deliver a 10% improvement in energy efficiency.
Circular economy
Our growth is built on innovating more聽by using less.
骋辞补濒:听We will integrate circular economy principles into our business models聽and continuously improve the proportion of circular content in products聽and packaging year over year. Every facility will implement a 4R program聽to achieve a 10% reduction in total waste intensity.
Water stewardship
Being a good steward means using water responsibly and efficiently.
骋辞补濒:听We will embed responsible stewardship practices at priority sites in line with聽leading global standards while supporting workplace water, sanitation, and聽hygiene (WASH) principles in our operations and supply chain.
People, Partners, and Communities
